Where are ACE Education centers located?

We have two centers: Plaza Mont Kiara (D-05-08 & D-05-09, Block D, Plaza Mont Kiara, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480, Kuala Lumpur) and Subang Jaya (C7, USJ10/1J, Taipan Business Centre, 47610, Selangor, Malaysia).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the class to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the class once per month.

What is the attendance policy?

Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually. If a student is unable to attend a class, they must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before the class once per month. Consistent absenteeism may affect the student's progress and may result in a review of their enrollment status.

What is the code of conduct for students?

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude towards their peers, tutors, and staff at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, and use of inappropriate language, will not be tolerated. Students should come prepared for each session and actively participate in class activities. Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the program.

What is the payment policy?

Payments for all tuition and consultancy services must be made in advance. We offer flexible payment plans, and fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the selected package. Late payments will incur a penalty fee, and failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. What subjects do you offer tuition for?

We offer tuition for a wide range of subjects including Math, Science, English, Bahasa Malaysia, and specialized courses like A Levels, AP, and GED.

Do you provide one-to-one tuition?

Yes, we offer personalized one-to-one tuition for students needing focused attention.

Do you offer group tuition?
