Terms & Conditions of ACE Education
Welcome to ACE Education! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any of our programs or services. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all programs and services offered by ACE Education, including tuition, language courses, exam preparation, and consultancy services.
1.2. ACE Education reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Enrollment and Fees
2.1. Enrollment is subject to the availability of courses and acceptance by ACE Education.
2.2. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where ACE Education cancels the course.
2.3. ACE Education reserves the right to revise course fees at any time. Enrolled students will not be affected by fee changes during their current term.
3. Class Schedule and Attendance
3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Regular attendance is essential for academic success.
3.2. Students must inform ACE Education of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in the class being charged in full.
3.3. Each student is allowed one emergency cancellation per month with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice.
3.4. ACE Education reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified as soon as possible.
4. Conduct and Behavior
4.1. Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
4.2. ACE Education has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
5. Materials and Resources
5.1. Course materials and resources provided by ACE Education are for the exclusive use of enrolled students.
5.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of ACE Education’s materials and resources is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. ACE Education is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our students. Personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for administrative and educational purposes.
6.2. ACE Education will not share personal information with third parties without the student’s consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, materials, and resources provided by ACE Education are the intellectual property of ACE Education and are protected by copyright laws.
7.2. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from ACE Education without prior written permission.
8. Liability
8.1. ACE Education will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and secure learning environment. However, ACE Education is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by students while participating in our programs.
8.2. ACE Education is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises by students.
9. Termination
9.1. ACE Education reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for breach of these terms and conditions or for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
9.2. In the event of termination, fees paid for unused classes will not be refunded.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
